Short Mile Bay Chardonnay cool-fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to retain the freshness, a citrussy Chardonnay with a crisp finish.

Corte Vigna Pinot Grigio related to the Pinot Gris grape of Alsace, which here in north-west Italy produces a dry, lighter, more floral style, with racy, balanced fruit. Gewürztraminer Alsace Tradition Organic, Emile Beyer
The Gewürztraminer grapes are handpicked quite late, in October, from vineyards planted on limestone soils. After a gentle pressing and light cold settling, the wines are fermenting with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on the fine lees for four months and no malolactic fermentation is carried out. Shows floral aromas of rose nuanced with orange blossom and hints of spicy ginger; the palate finishes with a delicate sweetness.

A Rosé By Any Other Name – English Rosé
Welcombe Hills, Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our 2020 English Rosé is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Dornfelder. Subtle on the nose, with aromas of red apple, wild strawberry and wet stone minerality. Gentle red berries, with a nice balance of strawberries and cream gives a well rounded palate, with an elegant lingering finish. This is a great aperitif but would also work well with shellfish, grilled salmon and vegetarian dishes. Suitable for vegans.

Very floral on the nose with white blossom and elderflower. Nice concentration on the palate with fruit notes of peach, pear and grapefruit with a beautifull balanced acidity leading to a strong finish. It pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, from creamy goat cheese and vibrant asparagus to delicate fish dishes showcasing the bounty of the British Isles. Intensely golden, complex and full-bodied with delicate aromas of soft ripe pineapple and papaya. Creamy with subtle layers of vanilla smokiness, this is an elegant wine with distinctly moreish qualities and a long balanced finish.

Brightwell Oxford Regatta Red
 A versatile wine that drinks well on its own, or accompanying any food. Clean and smooth it will balance red meats or highly spiced foods such as Chinese and Thai dishes. A very clean, fully dry red wine, blended principally from Dornfelder grapes. A similar style to northern Italian red wines, it has a refreshing clarity and is redolent of English summer berries, cherries and damson and a long finish. Oak barrel aged, it has firm tannins, and is an outstanding example of the ever-improving quality now being achieved in English winemaking.

Don Jacobo Rioja Tempranillo Branco is a unique variety, discovered only 30 years ago in Rioja. The Tempranillo Blanco at Don Jacobo is grown at 800 meters on Moncalvillo Mountain. Vinification on its lees enhances structure, increases character and aromatic compounds. Lemon yellow with medium intensity, the nose hints of banana, lychee, peach and tropical fruit, medium acidity balances citrus flavours and an impresion of white flowers.

Vidigal Vinho Verde is a pale citric color with green tones. Transparent, fruity with hints of tropical fruits and flowers. Pleasant aftertaste with a light sweetness.

Chafor Baccus Crisp, elegant and refined.  This English wine from the Chafor estate in Buckinghamshire, one of the very best English vineyards we know of, reflects the true varietal character of this quintessentially English grape with a balance of elderflower, inviting minerality and zesty tropical undertones. 12% abv.

Tanners Sauternes
The vineyard source for this is a closely guarded secret, but suffice to say it has a very fine pedigree! Full, rich and complex, it has honeyed flavours and good freshness to maintain balance.

Amarone Della Valpolicella
Made in the tradtional Amarone method using dried grapes, the resultant wine is generous and complex. Jam, raisin and violet notes on the nose with hints of spice, balsam and echoes of forest floor. The palate is rich, warm and vigorous with a distinct and persistent finish of dried fruit and toasted almond. Amarone is an extraordinary Italian wine and much sought after by those who know about it.

Albarino ‘Alba Martin’ Martin Codax
Vivid straw-yellow green colour. Bright and shiny. Intense nose and elegant aromas with hints of white stone fruits and white flowers.
